Trained in Yin Yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction, Sofia creates classes that invite stillness and internal awareness. Her sessions focus on long-supported holds and subtle guidance, allowing the body to soften while the mind settles. She holds space gently and intentionally for deep rest and reset.
